The Grand Lodge on Peak 7 at Breckenridge ski resort is truly one of a kind. Family or Adult feel with restaurant on site, lobby bar for happy hour or room service. Parking and ski lockers right on hill included along with movie theater, game room, and all the pools and spa. 1 Bedroom/Suite has small kitchenette and bathroom adjoining the front living room with pull out sofa, accommodates 2 singles or family of 3 or 4 at the most. 400 sq. feet with majority of the necessities. Rent the full week or just 3 or 4 nights (3 night minim)

Excellent condo!

We needed a little getaway and booked a trip to the Grand Lodge on Peak 7. Husband did some end of year snowboarding and 5 year old enjoyed the indoor and outdoor pools. Trailhead right at the end of building that I enjoyed for some hiking. Plenty of room for 2 adults, a kiddo and dog. There are stairs to outside access for pets really close by. Owner was extremely helpful in arranging details of our stay and went out of her way to provide suggestions on activities, booked things for us, informed us of any relevant info. Owner was very accommodating and allowed us to add an extra night last minute. We have stayed at several places in Breckenridge and never had such a hospitable experience. Highly recommend!

Our family of 4 have been skiing in Summit county for many many years and Breckenridge is always our favorite to ski, hike, bike, snow shoe, dine, shop or just R&R at the grotto while sending the kids to the game room!

Why they chose this property

We love the Grand Lodge on Peak 7 as our home away from home. Parking is easy and gets you away from the crowds with the Independence Lift right there so no need to stand in line for the Gondola at the end of the day!
Our favorite are the upper outdoor hot tubs while watching the CATs plow the snow at the end of the day and watching their lights fade away into the dusk as they head up the mountain!

Inside spa hot tub with waterfall in the Grotto for those cold windy snowy nights outdoors!
Pizza deal from Sevens restaurant onsite when you don't want to go anywhere!
Personal Movie theaters can be reserved with loads of movies to choose from.
Lobby bar while watching the skiers on the hill or if your lucky the live guitarist.
