Minimum stay is 90 days! Great 6000 sq ft house with pool, tennis court and basketball court in the best location! It’s a resort style house, 25 miles away from Manhattan, close to great shopping and restaurants!5 minutes away from the beach. Pool is closed from September 15th thru June 1st! Minimum stay is 3 months. No short term rental!!!
