Awesome home in Ebeltoft with sauna

Modern wooden vacation home of beautiful architecture. The location is excellent, just 50 meters from the beautiful Boeslum bathing beach - one of the best in the area. From the house and property you have a beautiful view of the sea and to Jernhatten, a good fishing spot. There are good surfing opportunities and you live not far from the beautiful town of Ebeltoft.



The house is very spacious and has among other things six spacious bedrooms and three floor heated bathrooms.

There is a wonderful pool room with a large swimming pool, jacuzzi and sauna. The living and dining area and the kitchen are the heart of the house. Perfect for guests who want to be close to the beach.

The house is equipped with an energy saving air to water heat pump.

Tolle Lage direkt am Strand. Das Haus ist groß und geräumig. Die Betten waren ok. Leider waren einige Dinge im und am Haus schon in die Jahre gekommen, bzw defekt. Der Pool war sauber und warm.

Tolles Haus mit leider einigen Mängeln

Das Haus war zu Beginn nicht sonderlich sauber. Auch war die Geschirrspülmaschine noch gefüllt. Der Grill, die Liegen und Auflagen befanden sich im Schuppen, der jedoch wegen Bauarbeiten nicht sicher zugänglich war. Um an diese Sachen heranzukommen, mussten wir unter großen Gefahren über die Baugrube klettern. Der Grill war zudem verdreckt und mit Essensresten belegt. Die Bodenfliesen im Schwinnbad und im dazugehörigen Bad haben keine Neigung zu einem Abfluss, sodass die Bodenfliesen nach dem Duschen und Planschen der Kinder vollständig unter Wasser waren, so dass Rutschgefahr bestand.Positiv: tolle Lage, großes Haus mit praktischer Raumaufteilung, gute und schnelle Reaktion der Vermietung auf Beanstandung wegen Wlan-Ausfall.Check-in und Check-out ohne Kontakt zu einer Person ist zwar effizient. Man fragt sich allerdings, wie Strom- und Wasserverbrauch berechnet werden. Wir haben zwar den Zählerstand am Anfang und am Ende fotografiert. aber bislang hat uns niemand danach gefragt.

Das Haus war sehr schön ,alles sauber.

Das Haus war sehr schön ,alles sauber. Schaukel für Kinder ist leider nicht mehr vorhanden, da sie durch einen Sturm wohl zerstört wurde. Die Lage ist sehr schön, mit Blick aufs Meer. Einzig klitzekleines Manko ,es hätten ein paar mehr Teelöffel da sein können. Sonst alles perfekt.
