THE VILLA DU GRAND PARC ESTATE

PLEASE NOTE: The heated pool will be available starting in APRIL 2024 and will be located across from the cottage.

Set within a vast estate of over 10 hectares, featuring a pond and a river, the Villa is the perfect setting for stays and events in an elegant and refined atmosphere.

On the ground floor, past the grand entrance hall, you’ll find a series of spacious reception rooms, including a 110-square-meter reception room with a bar and open fireplace, as well as a room for billiards and other games. ..

In the right wing, the generously equipped kitchen will delight guests—both amateur and professional chefs—with its layout centred around the island and its spacious design.

Upstairs, four carefully decorated, south-facing bedrooms overlook the park. All bedrooms are furnished with king-size beds. Two of them, which are particularly spacious, also feature a two-person sofa bed.
On the same floor, the light-filled study and library inspires our guests, whether they’re relaxing, focusing on work, or reading the works of Marcel Proust—whose nearby museum will delight enthusiasts.

The fifth bedroom is located on the second floor. It adjoins the landing area, which offers a flexible sleeping space appreciated by large groups.

In addition, the cottage adjoining La Villa offers up to 10 additional sleeping spots spread across 4 bedrooms—one of which is on the ground floor—and a living room on the ground floor.

In total, the estate can accommodate a minimum of 25 guests.

Beyond the space provided by the estate’s natural setting—located in an area designated as a site of faunal and floral interest— La Villa du Grand Parc provides a recreational area where young and old alike can come together to enjoy a variety of games, whether in the 240-square-meter hall called the “Fun Zone” at the entrance to the property (table tennis, basketball, badminton, spike ball, ..), on the pond with our rowing boat or pedal boat, on the pétanque court, or through other optional activities available upon request (archery, tree climbing, treasure hunts, radio-controlled boats, pro-style foosball, gourmet workshop, etc.).
