Your holiday house consists of 1 floor, 3 rooms (from which 2 bedrooms), is 95 sqm and can accommodate up to 6 persons. On colder days your holiday house can be heated with central heating (gas). The entrance is ground level and leads directly in the hallway with wardrobe. The rooms are divided as follows: Living room / bedroom with 2 additional beds at couch/sofa, fireplace, lounge, TV and radio. You have access to the 12 sqm terrace. Bedroom with 1 double bed. Bedroom with 2 single beds. Cooking nook in the living room / bedroom with dinette, electric cooker, oven, refrigerator, microwave, coffee machine and electric water boiler. The dinette offers space for 6 persons. Bathroom with bathtub, shower, 1 washbasin and washing machine. Separate toilet with WC.
In addition, your holiday house is equipped with WLAN- internet access, baby bed and electric iron. TV or radio channel can be received per antenna and satellite.

Hurka/Cesky Budejovice. The holiday home is located on a 2000 sqm enclosed garden plot with a lawn. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Access is via a side road (paved). Parking (for 5 cars) in the garage and on the property.

All pools are available for your exclusive use. Outdoor pool (operational from early June to late August, diameter 3.6 m, 1 m deep).
