Your holiday house consists of 2 floors, 3 rooms (from which 2 bedrooms), is 45 sqm and can accommodate up to 5 persons. Smoking is not permitted inside the rooms. On colder days your holiday house can be heated with electric heating. Heating in the fireplace. The entrance is covered and leads directly in the vestibule with wardrobe. The rooms are divided as follows:
Ground floor: Living room as intersecting room, 21 sqm and with fireplace, lounge, dinette, TV and radio. The dinette offers space for 5 persons. You have access to the 20 sqm, covered terrace with garden furniture, 1 table and 6 chairs. Kitchen 3 sqm and with electric cooker, refrigerator, microwave, coffee machine, toaster and electric water boiler. Bathroom 4 sqm and with shower, 1 washbasin, WC, hairdryer and window.
Upper floor: Bedroom 8 sqm and with 2 single beds and lounge. Bedroom 16 sqm and with 1 double bed and 1 single bed and lounge. You have access to the balcony.
In addition, your holiday house is equipped with baby bed, high chair for children and electric iron. TV or radio channel can be received per satellite.

Frymburk nad Vltavou, district Vřesná, 708 mASL. The holiday home is located on a 700 sqm open waterfront property with a meadow. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Arrival and departure take place on Sunday. Arrival is also possible on Saturday by prior arrangement/agreement. Access is via a side road (gravel or crushed stone, length 200 m). Parking in garage.
