In the heart of the Médoc, 25 minutes from the beaches of Soulac and Montalivet, 2 minutes from the charming Port de Goulée, and across from a Renaissance-style castle, come enjoy the region’s charms in this renovated stone house with a large, tree-lined garden.

It features 3 large bedrooms, 2 living rooms, and 1 beautiful kitchen.

A pool table, arcade machine, pétanque court, ping-pong table, hammocks, beer tap, wine cellar, barbecue, and plancha are all at your disposal to ensure you have a great time.

On the ground floor, there is a first living room with a large sofa and a video projector (Chromecast for streaming from your phone), a kitchen-dining area, a bathroom, a separate toilet, and a master bedroom with an en suite bathroom and toilet.
This room features a double bed and a single-seater sofa bed.

Upstairs, there is a second living room with a pool table and an arcade machine, followed by two bedrooms. They are connected, but privacy is maintained thanks to Japanese-style sliding panels.
The first bedroom has a double bed and a single sofa bed; the second has a double bed and a double sofa bed.
Both bedrooms are equipped with a cooling fan (with a water reservoir and ice tray).

Outside, a terrace off the kitchen is furnished with a dining table, while another terrace off the living room has outdoor furniture. Finally, a large picnic table is set up under the trees.

For entertainment, a gourmet market is held every Tuesday evening at Port de Goulée, featuring live music.
A wide variety of restaurants and fishermen’s huts along the Garonne River are nearby (2 to 15 minutes away): Port de By, Port de Talais, Saint Vivien, and more.

The town of Lesparre-Médoc is 10 minutes away (hypermarkets, pharmacy, etc.).
