In the Aubenas area, we offer this beautiful 50 m² air-conditioned apartment for rent, which can accommodate up to 2 travelers. Located on the 1st floor (no elevator), it comprises a pretty 35 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, a nice bedroom and a bathroom.

The apartment is ideally located in Aubenas, in a very pleasant environment. All essential stores, boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets... are nearby.

- Visit Château de Montraul, one of the jewels of the Ardèche's civil engineering heritage, classified as a historic monument, where six seigniorial families lived from the 12th century to the revolutionary period. Covered in glazed tiles, flanked by watchtowers and two round pepper-pots, mullioned windows and furnished with a Renaissance courtyard, Château d'Aubenas also boasts a rich collection of paintings, sculptures and prints.
- Sightseeing : Balazuc - the architectural riches of one of France's most beautiful villages, the Ibie valley, the Ardéche gorges (nature reserve), the Chauvet cave (mineral and human origins), Vals and its spa...
- Sports activities : Cycle touring and the Ardéchoise, canyoning in the Besorgues valley, canoeing and kayaking at Vallon-Pont- d'arc, the Barutel - the joys of swimming and fishing...
