1 block from lady bird lake, kayak and paddle board rentals are 2 blocks away. Also within a block - Starbucks, Chipotle, Mod Pizza, Mour (my fav wine spot),Chilantro, Mexican places (several), and Jackalope south shore is a fun bar with Jenna, basketball, cornhole etc...

Less than 1 mile to Rainey street and downtown.

Less than 2 miles to 6th street, west 6th street, zilker park, Barton springs pool, S Congress, S Lamar.
Jump on a scooter that’s easily found in the neighborhood or grab an Uber for a quick trip anywhere around town.
