Beautiful semi-detached house in local style on the outskirts of Filipini and overlooking the countryside.

The interior is of good quality and comfortably furnished. Each bedroom has its own bathroom. For extra storage space you have 2 wardrobes. The bedroom with four-poster bed and the bathtub with hydro-massage function on the 1st floor are particularly noteworthy and provide extra comfort. On the 2nd floor there are 2 more bedrooms with bathrooms (lowest ceiling height 120 cm). The ground floor is dominated by the living room with open fireplace, dining room and kitchen. From the living room you can reach terrace and outdoor area with swimming pool, where you can cool off on hot summer days.
