A beautiful and comfortable 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo with a beautiful view of the marina in the desirable Harbour Towers at Burnt Store Marina. The third-floor unit is easily accessed by the nearby elevator. The screened-in lanai provides a beautiful view overlooking the manicured grassy lawn and marina.

The gated community features the deepest marina on the west coast of Florida and a 27 hole golf course. Located minutes from Fisherman's village and downtown Punta Gorda. It is a short trip to Fort Myers, Boca Granda, Siesta Key, Cape Coral, and the Englewood Beaches. Food options inside the gated community include the Cass Cay restaurant & bar that overlooks the marina and the Linkside cafe that sits on the Golf course. There is a water taxi available with day trips to Boca Grande, Cabbage Key, Dolphin Tours, and Sunset Cruises.

The unit is located on the third floor. There is a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, fridge, and disposal. A washer and dryer are also located within the unit. A boat ramp is located near the property, and boat slips are typically available to be rented from Burnt Store Marina. There is a wonderful pool area with hot tub and grill available right at the condo. Additionally, there is a Fitness, Racquet, and Pool Club located on the property. There are both tennis and pickleball courts available at the club. The large community pool and spa has scheduled Aqua Aerobics & Aqua Zumba classes.

The apartment was fantastic. Every appliance imaginable and three tv's. Best of all the view out the patio was incredible. Manatees everywhere and it was so calming. I hope to return soon.

The view was not as advertised. The beds were too high; needed a step to get in. Furniture too big for lanai. Garbage disposal not working, and no instruction manual for the Keurig. The entrance door lock is not working properly.

Magnificent Marina Views

Perfect location between Punta Gorda and Cape Coral. Many restaurants within 20 minutes of the Marina...Cass Cay is a must at the Marina. The condo was very clean and comfortable. Daily walks around Prosperity Point were prized with sightings of manatee and dolphin and jumping fish. Jeff is quick to respond with an answer to any question. You can't go wrong with this choice.

Burnt Store Lakes Marina Condo

Wonderful view from condo deck and bedrooms overlooking the marina! Very nicely furnished! The condo had everything we needed. Close to the pool and a short ride to restaurants. The owner/manager was quick to respond and gave great directions and suggestions. We will definitely stay there again!
