Sweet and colourful beachhouse recently renovated in a secured residence with pool, 100m away from the ocean.

It is located in the Bay de Cayola, 5kms away from les Sables d'Olonne, in a stretch called Little California, due to the fabulous beaches, light, and surf vibe.

It is set on 2 floors, with 2 terraces. One of 25 sqm facing south with deckbeds and table, and a smaller one at the back with a hamac

On the main floor you will find the fully equipped kitchen for 6 , the shower room, washing machine, wc, and a double room at the back opening on the hamac terrasse.

On the first floor is the chill area with a sofa and single bed behind curtains thought for children ideally.

Then you will find the master bedroom with king size bed and private toilet.
The residence has a private tennis court and swimming pool.
