Luxury 3-storey villa, located at “Elani” residential area, a complex of private villas, surrounded by sea and forest.
The villa is on the top of the hill offering you a magnificent view of the sea and only 10 minutes walking distance from the beach! It has private garden, with 2 patios, a barbeque and offers two parking spaces exclusively for its guests.
Elani is an enchanting area, ideal for families offering tennis and basketball courts, a playground for children and its own beach with parking
The villa is divided into 3 levels and can accommodate up to 14 people. The first floor consists of 3 double bedrooms (one ensuite -two with balconies), and one more separate bathroom. The ground floor consists of a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, a spacious living room with a flat-screen TV, a dining area, a seating area, a bathroom, and a double bedroom and finally the basement consists of a bathroom, a small kitchen and a living room, where you can enjoy watching movies to the projector. All bedrooms are equipped with ceiling fans while the living room offers a big air conditioner.
This villa has also beautiful private garden, with 2 patios, a big patio located on the ground floor right in front of the living room where you can spend great time relaxing and having a magnificent view of the forest and the sea and another one on the rear side of the villa, where you can enjoy a tasteful barbeque. Finally, the house offers two parking spaces exclusively for its guests.

Anastasia is a great host. Everything was excellent since day one to the last. All information were available either on site or in contact with Anastasia. We got exactly what we expected, no surprises. Siviri village is without any interest, you may pass, but Elani beach above which the house is located is wonderful with few but just perfect commodities (bar, taverna, natural shade from wonderful pine tree forest...). Beautiful for a peaceful and restful holiday.

Absolutely amazing

Anastasia's house is absolutely gorgeous. From the terrace of the house you can see one of the most beautiful sunsets. The house is beautifully decorated, fully furnished, the rooms are spacious, everything looks exactly as in the pictures. The host was extremely kind and let us check- in well before the time we were supposed to check- in and check out. Masouttis supermarket is only 2 km from the accommodation, the beach can be reached on foot in about 7 min, where there is a bar and a taverna with very good food. I can only say that it is an absolutely wonderful house and a view that absolutely makes all the money.

Ein sehr schönes Haus in toller Lage

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen, das Haus ist sehr schön, mit viel liebe eingerichtet. Tolle Sitzmöglichkeiten vor und hinter dem Haus, die je nach Sonnenstand genutzt werden können. Der Blick von der Terrasse ist sehr schön. Zum Strand geht ein schöner Weg durch die sehr gepflegte Anlage.

Haus mit Meerblick

Sehr schönes Haus, ruhig gelegen und mit Traumhafter Aussicht auf das Meer. Strand und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten schnell erreichbar. Alles war sehr sauber, die Klimaanlage hat einwandfrei funktioniert und alle Nachfragen wurden sofort beantwortet. Auch extra Wünsche wie Babybett wurden erfüllt. Ein sehr schönes Haus mit toller Aussicht zum wohlfühlen

Wir waren neun Personen und haben in dem Haus zwei Wochen verbracht und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Was uns gefallen hat: die freundliche und hilfsbereite Wirtin, die Größe des Hauses, die beiden Terrassen, tolle Aussicht, Parkplätze nahe am Haus, Ausstattung in der Küche und am Außengrill, Mobiliar im Haus und auf den Terrassen, generelle Ausstattung des Hauses. Uns haben folgende Punkte nicht gestört: in der Küche gibt es kein warmes Wasser, allerdings eine große Spülmaschine. Die beiden Klimaanlagen sind im Gang des Erdgeschosses und des ersten Stocks. Die Schlafzimmer werden mit Ventilatoren gekühlt. Ein Schlafzimmer im Souterrain verfügt über kein Außenfenster. Der Fußweg zum nächsten Strand ist sehr steil und für ältere oder behinderte Menschen zu Fuß nicht bewältigbar (fast 90 Höhenmeter). Am Strand gibt es aber ausreichend Parkplätze. Unser Gesamtfazit: sehr empfehlenswert.
