Totally Charming and Convenient

Nice place to stay

Very quiet condo with easy access to that part of town (we were here attending an event being held at Full Sail University). Easy drives to the theme parks and close to Baldwin Park which had many nice dining choices. Host was very easy to communicate with and we would stay here again. Thanks!

Moving son into new apartment

Stayed at this property while helping our son move into an area apartment. While most of our visit was spent getting our son settled into his new apartment, it was nice to come back to a comfortable bed every night. Would certainly stay here again when visiting the area.

Orlando UCF condo

Very pleasant long weekend visiting our son at UCF. Location is very convenient for both UCF sand Valencia colleges. Condo was very clean and exactly as described. Host Otto made checkin very easy and was available as needed. Community was quiet with easy access to Little Econ Greenway and Blanchard Park for walks.

The quality of the rental is largely aligned with the low price, so no complaints about value; customers that are expecting the experience and character and cleanliness of an aging apartment complex won't be disappointed. I'm mentioning the above not because I was disappointed but because the reviews and descriptions didn't seem to be aligned with my personal experience, so I feel obligated to provide candid feedback about this property. I'll also note that the host was always very responsive and communicative.Some observations:1) We were advised that pool use during January would require 40, which I guess is to be expected to allow for the pool to be heated during that time of year, although the pool would also have required cleaning before use.2) Cooking breakfast was a bit of a challenge given the state of the frying pan that was available. I felt the cleanliness of the kitchen floor was questionable.3) Referring to the narrow furniture item in one of the bedrooms as a desk feels disingenuous, although it could serve as a desk if needed.4) The mattress in the bedroom referenced above was squeaky and uncomfortable.5) The switch for the light above the dining area was unreliable and stopped working on our last day.Just to reiterate, the price of this rental was aligned with the quality, so my advice would be to rent with those expectations - thanks!

Quiet and Comfortable

Husband, 14 year old son and I stayed here while visiting for my oldest son’s wedding. Was a very quiet neighborhood with friendly neighbors. Condo was very clean and comfortable and the owner is very communicative and responsive to any needs. We will be coming back to this property for sure!! Highly recommend it!
