Charming house located in the centre of La Bouille facing Seine, among the most beautiful villages in France renowned for its painters, 20 minutes from the city centre of Rouen.
House completely renovated in June 2023. Composed of a ground floor American kitchen on the living room, connected TV, wifi, sofa bed with mattress.
Equipped kitchen, Nespresso coffee machine and filter, toaster, kettle, gas hob, microwave, washing machine, dryer, fridge freezer, with all the necessary utensils and all the basic condiments as well as household products.
1st floor: a large bedroom with Seine view, king size bed 180x200, TV/ a bathroom with walk-in shower, electric towel dryer, / a toilet.
2nd floor, a large bedroom with a view of the Seine bed 140x190, TV.
All sheets, towels, tea towels, plaids are provided.
Quality bedding, exceptional view facing the Seine from the living room on the 2nd floor, location in the city centre with bars and restaurants as soon as you leave the house.
Exit A13 4 MIN, free parking on the street.
Many visits and walks along the loops of the Seine, the historic district of Rouen 20 minutes away and the quays of Rouen 20 minutes away, caving, Robert Le Diable castle, Hector Malot literary hike, Jumièges Abbey... bicycle garage.

Such a beautiful place!

This little gem of a place is simply wonderful. It’s beautifully decorated and super comfortable. The home comforts were very much appreciated as were the thoughtful extras- like milk, coffee and orange juice. It’s made even more perfect by its location- on the river with magnificent views and several restaurants and pubs in close proximity.

Great stopover

Used La Bouille as a stopover from The Netherlands to île d’Oleron. This was a great start to our holiday. The house is great, would definitely want to stay longer a next time. The village is small, but has everything you need. The check in process was smooth and the owner made sure we had everything we needed.

What a lovely experience

We watched barges pass on the Seine and walked along paths of flowering trees- wonderful communication resulted in a perfect visit. I would highly recommend to any and all- they will not be disappointed!

A wonderful, peaceful stay

What a beautiful house! It was perfectly located in La Bouille with the Seine right across the street. A charming town with very kind neighbors. The house was clean and very well supplied in the kitchen and with detergent for laundry! The binder provided had plenty of helpful recommendations. Would absolutely stay again!

La maison est très bien située avec vue sur la Seine. Il y a beaucoup de passage le jour mais la nuit est assez calme.La cuisine est très bien équipée. Il ne manque rien. La literie est confortable .Il faut néanmoins préciser qu'il n'y a pas 3 chambres mais 2 et qu'il y a un divan-lit confortable dans le salon.Je conseille vivement cette location tout en précisant qu'il y a beaucoup d'escaliers à gravir jusqu'à la 2ème chambre...
