Beautiful, allergy-friendly and energy-saving luxury holiday home made of wood and stone with everything your heart desires. It is located in a well-kept garden, close to one of Denmark's best and most child-friendly sandy beaches. To house belong 6 wonderful, partly covered terraces, for extended sunbathing and playing. Fantastic bathing area with pool, whirlpool for 4 persons and large sauna. Friendly living room with fireplace. The house is equipped with solar panels and soft water system. In bedroom 3 is a TV with Playstation 3. The house is well insulated and soundproofed and is suitable for two familym. Blinds on all windows. The HAus is beautifully located near the bird sanctuary, golf course, bowling and fishing lake.
