They extend over the entire ground floor and both have separate entrances, a kitchen and a bathroom. It is an ideal choice for two families or groups of friends who want to spend their holiday together but still maintain their privacy. The pool is located behind the house, surrounded by a small lawn and Mediterranean plants. Explore the surrounding area, which offers a wealth of entertaining options for the whole family: discover the beauty of the underwater world of Rabac Bay on an attractive submarine ride, visit the horse ranch in Presika and try horse riding with a view of Labin and Rabac. Etwas enttäuschend...

Die Wohnungen befinden sich im Erdgeschoss. Die Vermieter leben im Obergeschoss und sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung 1 ist etwas moderner eingerichtet sowie sehr gut ausgestattet [Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine, Klimaanlage, Backofen, WLAN] . Die Wohnung 2 hat diese Ausstattung nicht und der Empfang des Internets reicht nicht aus! Beide Wohnungen waren sehr sauber und gepflegt, jedoch hat die Wohnung 2 wohl ein Problem mit einem defekten oder verstopften Siphon, denn das Klo hat extrem nach Kanalisation gerochen. Das war nicht in Ordnung und hat uns etwas den Urlaub verdorben. Ein wunderschöner und gepflegter Garten mit Pool und Grillplatz.
