Ground floor: large entrance, ski room, 4 bedrooms, 2 of which have a private shower (2 single beds 160 x 200 cm / 2 single beds 90 x 190 cm / 4 single bunk beds 90 x 190 cm) , a bathroom with WC (walk-in shower), separate WC with hand basin. 1st floor: living room-kitchen lounge area with large screen TV (USB / HDMI socket connected to the network), equipped with a Rapido Express sofa bed for 2 people. 2nd floor: mezzanine under the slope with space in the living room with access by a Japanese staircase with staggered steps (Total floor area: 23.50 m² with sloping ceilings included - 1 double bed 160 x 200 cm). All the shutters are electric. Sheltered terrace. Ground. Private parking for 4/5 cars. On the heights of the family resort, in a residential area of several wooden chalets, this chalet benefits from a spacious and bright living room. The mezzanine under the roof, accessible by a staggered staircase, transforms into an intimate perched hut. Two outdoor living spaces are fitted out including the terrace with plancha to fully enjoy the landscape. On the edge of cross-country skiing and hiking trails, the chalet offers from its sheltered terrace a breathtaking view of the Bauges and Belledonne mountains. During a weekend or weekly stay, will you be imbued with the spirit of the Oreades, deities of the mountains and the woods?

Super chalet, ideal pour les reunions de famille. Hyper confort avec les 4 salles d'eau, 3 wc. Environnement tres agreable, on peut facilement aller a pied dans les commerces du centre et la station!

4 jours de séminaire au vert 😊 Chalet très propre avec une belle vue. Équipement de qualité. Voisin pas très sympa (plus de « bruit » sur la terrasse après 21h00… agressif). Nous recommandons néanmoins, c’était très chouette. Merci.
