Old village house renovated in the heart of a typical village of Maurienne, 300 m from the slopes. Quiet area on a hill facing Southeast. Very comfy, spacious and bright. Nice contemporary style. Near services and shops. Superb gite in a village house, 300m from the slopes of Albiez-Montrond, family resort near the largest ski area in Maurienne, Les Sybelles (310km of slopes). Privileged location, summer and winter, to discover this magnificent region of Arvan-Villard, facing the majestic Aiguilles d'Arves!
