Magnificent panoramic views. 0.1km from the funicular for Les Arcs-Paradiski (one of the largest ski areas in the world with 430km of slopes). Link to Rosière 1850/Espace San Bernardo 11km (unique ski area straddling France and Italy in Savoie). Ideal location in the heart of the Haute Tarentaise near major world-renowned ski areas (Espace Killy Tignes-Val d'Isère). Possibility of radiating the summer by hiking and cycling on different massifs (many mythical passes!).
