There are tile floors in the kitchen and bathrooms, the rest of the house has wooden floors. The larger of the two bathrooms includes the sauna for 6 people and the whirlpool for 2 pers. There are 2 sleeping places on the sleeping loft in the living room. Good fishing opportunities. Put and take lake nearby. The property has a fire pit. Spodsbjerg Havn ferry, fishing and marina is only 1.8 km away. Rudkøbing, the capital of Langeland is only 8.5 km from the house. In it you will experience a nice mixture of old charm and modern business life. Many shops are located in houses with beautiful facades.
