Ski in/Ski Out 100 yards, Masive Views, On Shuttle Route, Hot Tub, Fireplace
Views, views, views! This is a great multi-level 5-bedroom townhouse in Sunrise Ridge with direct views of Peak 10. Spread out across 2,700 square feet and 4 floors. A spacious home perfect for large groups and families alike!
This light and bright end unit is equipped with a two-car garage plus one driveway space. There are fantastic views that can be seen from multiple points throughout the house. Relax in the mornings or evenings on the deck while taking in the expansive views of Breckenridge's great peaks. This is a perfect spot in summer or winter.
The townhouse has kitchen dining that seats 8-10, as well as a breakfast nook that seats 4, to enjoy meals made in the home. On chillier nights light a fire and cozy up watching a movie on the 42 inch flat screen TV in the living room. Or if you'd like a quiet night in, cozy up next to the second fireplace located in the master bedroom.
During the beautiful summer days, head out for a scenic hike or bike ride on the mountain. In winter, make sure to hop over to the Quicksilver lift for easy access to the slopes - just 5-10 minutes away! There is ski access via the Burro trail. However, the ski access is for intermediate/advanced skiers only.
Ski-in/Ski-out Details-
Ski-Out (from Condo-to-Resort): The ski-out is down some stairs across the street, then you have to ski down a path which leads to the Quicksilver and/or Beaver lifts. There is a bit of pushing involved. The path starts out a bit steep, but an average blue skier could side slip it. If you are advanced, you will have zero problem. If you are a decent blue skier, you can do this and will not need to take a shuttle. Ski-In (from Resort-to-Condo). This is more complicated, but very doable. You need to take the Falcon lift, ski down Cimarron-to-Flapjack. At the bottom of Flapjack you will get to a path, which leads to an access gate. You will go out the gate (the out-of-bounds gate) and follow the path (other skiers are also taking this), to the right. You'll eventually lead to a field, which lets you ski back to your condo.

This house was perfect for our whole group with plenty of space, a great layout, and stunning mountain views that never got old. After long days on the slopes, the hot tub and sauna made coming back worth it. Everything was clean, well-stocked, and exactly as described with zero hassles. We’d book this place again in a heartbeat and highly recommend it for any group looking for a great Breckenridge getaway.

Reviewer Comments:
Advance directions and check in time were emailed multiple times and address was easy to find on apple maps.Checked in on time and the place was clean and as described. Most of the humidifiers were not working properly and old, recommend replacing.
Great house, sadly the run for ski in/ski out wasn’t available due to lack of snow. We had a wonderful time in the house. Cleaning crew could’ve done a bit better if a job before we arrived and there were quite a few broken things in the house. The host was very responsive and great at quickly getting things addressed. Overall we would stay here again!
The house is large and accomodates big groups. There are a ton of stairs to reach the two queen rooms, the 4 twins, and the 3 twins. They are all bunched on the top floor. The location is great, you are surrounded by permanent residents. There is not a lot of parking for large groups with multiple cars. All in all would rent again. The jacuzzis needs chemicals big time and towels would be nice. There were not many extra bath towels under the sinks.
8 of us stayed here for our annual guys trip. This property had ample space and all of the amenities you need. The sauna was great after a long day skiing. Thanks!
The ski-in, ski-out access was amazing for advanced skiers. The condo comfortably fit our group of 11.

Erin: Thank you so much for your review! We love hearing that guests enjoyed our home as much as we do. The ski-in/ski-out access is definitely for advanced skiers, but it sounds like your group was able to enjoy all the amenities of our home. If you're ever planning another trip to Breck, we would love to host you again! Feel free to contact us anytime.

Reviewer Comments:
Two things that really matter when staying somewhere are cleanliness and comfort and sadly this rental missed the mark on both. Eccentric layout aside, the need for updates was glaring specifically in the bathrooms where the outdated faucets were missing parts and disgusting black hair that someone had shaved was inside the knob. The beds were the absolute opposite of comfortable. It was said by multiple people in our party that it felt like we were sleeping on plywood. Imagine coming off the ski hill after a long day and looking forward to a good nights rest to go again the next day... not gonna happen. The claim that this location is "ski in ski out" is a stretch. There is a hiking trail adjacent to the complex (very steep) that one could *potentially* ski down (if you're a skilled skier) to cross the creek and get to the lift at the base of 9, but coming back? Only one person in our group attempted to hike back and they said it was awful. The hot tub and sauna were appreciated, and the odd gameroom/shower room? There were a few baby and kid items that we were able to use which was nice and a large collection of games.
5 bedrooms plus loft was great for our large group. Spa, sauna, and game room made for good times after the slopes. Definitely bring the 4wd. If it snows, it’s a bit steep getting in and out.
Everything is excellent, location, it is spacious, the neighborhood is very nice with incredible views.Only communication with the host through the app does not work
Property was better then we expected. Very nice and spacious, you do have to climb many steps since it’s around 5 floors but other than that everything was excellent with really close access to breck town and slopes.
Breckenridge was great. Neighborhood was quiet and relaxing. This was an attached townhouse style home with many, many stairs... not good for old folks. Elevation was 9,500'+ and we had to acclimate.
Great location. Aggressive blue level ski out trail. No ski in. Free shuttle to and from condo was easy to use and stop is close to the front door. The condo is a little dated but perfect for the price. We had a great family reunion trip!

Thank you for staying with us and glad you enjoyed your stay. You can actually ski back to the same point you left from to ski out. Please come see us again!
Overall the property was great. It wasn’t true ski in ski out - you had to walk a bit down to the trail and to the lift. There was a plumbing issue and the property manager sent a plumber very quickly. Would rent this again

we ere a group of 12 friends all between 40-50 years old. Snowboarders short walk to Quicksilver super chair and easy shuttle to go back.
Eight of us from the East and four from Colorado gathering together; all ages: grandparents (80s), parents (40-50s), 6 teenagers ages 13 to 18. Everyone enjoyed their visit, plenty to do. Some of the teens took the bus line to town and enjoyed that. Rented a pontoon boat on Dillon Lake, boys went fishing on Green Mt. Reservoir with a guide. Did hiking, etc. etc.
We left the 100 degree temperature in Oklahoma for a much cooler stay in Breck at the end of June. The neighborhood was very nice, 5 minutes to town and there were hiking trails close to the townhouse. The house was very accommodating for our group and the family and friends were able to spread out throughout the space. Everyone loved the hot tub and sauna. The kitchen was spacious for all the chefs and the table was large enough to fit the family and friends. The grill is on the patio with a great view of the mountains. We enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning next year.
