We're so glad you enjoyed your stay and the tranquility and views from the deck! We love that we're just 5 min drive from town but it's so private, quiet and beautiful. Come back anytime! Thank you!
Great location just outside of town and absolutely loved the ambience of the mountain home. Everything was great for what we were looking for. Overall just a nice relaxing time

Thanks John, glad you and your group could stay with us. Come back anytime!
Owners were very helpful and house was extremely well stocked! Hair dryers, kitchen tools and food supplies, high chair (even though we didn’t need it) everything you needed!
Location was great, close enough to town but very quiet and private in the woods.

Great to have you stay, Laura. Glad you enjoyed the chalet!
We had a great experience staying at this property. Kitchen was well stocked, beds we’re comfortable, location was great. We had 2 families (8 people) and had plenty of space. The owner was more than accommodating along with great communication!
Great location within minutes of Breck. Friendly fox hung out almost every afternoon in the area and one morning a moose walked past the back patio window.
This property was located Conveniently to Breckenridge, Frisco and Keystone.
Running this property versus easy as I’ve ever read any property in the location was great and the communication between the owner and myself was excellent. Look forward to future stats

Thanks Dan! Glad you had a good stay. Please come back anytime!
Great place to stay! The unit was clean and very well cared for. Wonderful kitchen with all of the cooking amenities you could ask for, which is very helpful for those traveling with kids. The bedrooms are spacious and comfortable.
We were looking for a place that was close enough to Breckenridge that we could easily get downtown, but not so close that we had to deal with crowds. Rich's place fit this description perfectly. We would definitely stay here again.
This stay exceeded our expectations! The spacious home was immaculate & provided our family more than enough elbow room & privacy, yet big family room spaces to gather. The host provided absolutely everything that was needed for our 4 day stay. So much nicer in person than what the photos depict. Highly recommend for just the right “cabin in the woods” vibe, yet so conveniently located within short distance to the resort area. Thanks to Rich for providing our family the best, most memorable first trip to Breck!!

Thank you Tiffany, we're so appreciative of your excellent communication and care for cabin. I'm glad you and your family enjoyed your stay and the location in lovely Breckenridge. Come back anytime and be well!
We are four retired men that come to ski once a year. We had plenty of room in this property and were very comfortable. Very well stocked kitchen and the grill on the deck was a nice feature that we used twice. The road up can be a little tricky if there is a lot of snow but we had no problem with our 4 wheel drive vehicle. It’s about an 8 minute drive to the gondola parking lot. Be sure to understand the limitations of the TV set up and bring with you the steaming device that you will need. A true smart TV would be helpful but the tv has HDMI inputs so our cheap ROKU device worked well. We did not use the wood burning fireplace but it looked like it would be a very cozy, romantic experience.

Why they chose this property
The neighborhood is quiet, peaceful and remote, just 10 min. from downtown Breckenridge. Spectacular views of Mt. Baldy and plenty of sunshine. Moose, fox, snowshoe hare, and other wildlife may be spotted. The home is 1/2 of a duplex on 1.5 acres of lovely forest, backing to open space. A 2 minute walk to numerous trails, and short mile to the Blue River where you can fish or access the bus or bike path. Skiing, snowshoeing and biking right out your door. The home is easily accessed just minutes off of Hwy 9, via a maintained and plowed county road. Broken Compass Brewery, Breckenridge Distillery and other great restaurants are right down the hill on Airport Rd. Thank you for respecting and preserving our beautiful area.
What makes this property unique
There's a free town bus or Summit Stage available nearby on Airport Rd or Hwy 9. Free ski area parking with access to Gondola 5 mins away on Airport Rd. The Peaks Trail (USFS) and Barton Creek Trails are out your door. It's a 2 min drive or 20 min ski/walk to Breck Nordic Trails.
