About this property

We welcome you to our 2800 square foot home located just one block from the beach in Woodmont (Milford), CT. The house has three bedrooms and three bathrooms, a mudroom with beach chairs and towels, a sitting room, a living room, a dining room, a designated office, and a large kitchen. We have a big backyard with a deck, fully stocked with a grill, a table, and six chairs. The house also has two porches, one downstairs with a hanging bench and one upstairs where you can enjoy your coffee or wine as you look out onto the Long Island Sound. Super easy access from NYC. The Milford train station is only 10 minutes drive away. If you don't have a car, no worries! Take an uber or lyft and head over. The grocery store is just two blocks away and several restaurants are nearby. We do prefer longer rentals, of at least one week, but we can possibly accommodate other options if you are so in need. The home will be available April 24-July 6.

Great place!

Great location, lots of space.

We stayed at Jody’s house for a family trip and loved it. Proximity to the beach was a big plus, as was the ability to walk around the corner for groceries. The house is spacious and very comfortable.

Best little beach house in Milford

This beach home was perfect. My boyfriend and I had plenty of space - and I was actually able to get some work done while also relaxing on the beach and enjoying the back yard. The house was super clean and everything we needed was there. We would definitely stay again

Thank God!

I wanted a house near the beach for my family while I was attending to some business in Manhattan and this worked out perfectly in terms of ease of commute (I drove in) and my family feeling like they got a bit of a beach vacation. Jody and Michael are a lovely couple and I definitely plan on staying again. I loved all the porches, the porch swing and the skylight. I had space to work and my family was able to play in the yard and on the beach. Thank you thank you!
