About this property

Amazing, open design and minimalist front beach house. It has 2 bedrooms with each a king size bed and 1 set of bunk bed each which allows each bedroom to sleep 4 people. It is great for families, couples and even virtual workers. Wifi is great. Living room, kitchen and a deck with an incredible view overlooking the beach and your private pool! You are a 1 minute walk from your vacation home to the beach! You have a grill and a full kitchen to enjoy. Completely open with very good illumination! One full bathroom and 1 guest bathroom and the best sunsets. Just 25 minutes from LIR airport. It is walking distance to the town but we can assist with golf rentals, bike rentals or even car rentals. Enjoy your toes in sand private beach villa with pool!

Wonderful stay in Coco Beach

A beautiful property on a quiet part of the beach. Outdoor living in Feb was a bit hot in the afternoon, but the pool, ocean and fans made it comfortable to stay cool. Communication with the property management was great. Hands down a great spot!

First time Beach home

A very unique experience in an open house, many chickens, dogs & a cat will entertain you and get you going early in the morning. Loved the pool, terrace area and amazing sunsets. We would recommend this house to friends.
