This modern cottage is located in a beautiful cottage area, surrounded by beautiful nature.



The cottage is built of environmentally friendly materials and thus fits well into the environment. The house, which measures no less than 140 m2 in total, offers a large kitchen with living room with space for everyone as well as large bedrooms and 2 large bathrooms. One of the bathrooms has a whirlpool. The cottage is modern and furnished with comfortable furniture and has a nice, well-equipped kitchen. In the living area there is also a cozy fireplace, which can be used as desired and needed, as well as a table football table.



Outside there is a large beautiful garden plot with activities for young and old, including an outdoor spa, swing, sandbox, slide and badminton equipment.



From the cottage it is 400 meters to the beach, one of the best swimming beaches in the region, which is full of life in the summer. It is only a few kilometers to the cozy town of Årøsund, from where you can reach the island of Årø, which is considered a true El Dorado for nature lovers and anglers . The area also offers opportunities for visits to water parks, as Slotsbadet is only 30 minutes away. Haderslev is an attractive town, only 20 minutes away by car, where you will find many cozy specialty stores. For trips with children, Legoland in Billund or Danfoss Universe on Als are good destinations.



Pets are allowed in the cottage. In Sommersted you will find the nearest veterinarian if needed.
