Necessary for your babies and young children (cot, high chair, baby potty, safety gate, works).<br><br>Enclosed and very pleasant garden that surrounds the house, quiet, ideal for family, friends ... <br><br>Mandatory cleaning fee included in the reservation. Bed linen and towels available on request:<br>50€ for a double bed, 37€ for a single bed<br>+ one large towel per person<br>& a guest towel, bath mat and tea towels<br><br>On the ground floor: laundry room, toilet, walk-in shower, fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, filter coffee maker, kettle) open to the living room with internet TV.
