Strøby Ladeplads, in the north of the Stevns peninsula, lets you enjoy your vacation in a fantastic nature. Culture is also not neglected, because Køge is a cozy place with roots in the Middle Ages. Here you will find the beautiful octagonal church Sct. Katharina, a beautiful marina and the most beautiful medieval marketplace in Denmark. Around Vallø you can make wonderful trips by bike. Winding roads take you past old churches, a fortress from the Bronze Age and a burial mound that is about 5000 years old. Vallø Castle is also located here. There are good fishing grounds along the coast. Bathing jetty on the beach.
