About this property

Located in the heart of Seagrove, this beautiful condo is an end unit located on the top floor with views of the ocean and is steps away to one of the most beautiful beaches in the world. We are walking distance to restaurants and Seaside is a 10 minute bike ride. Our guests will have access to two community pools, tennis & basketball courts, outdoor grilling area, and nature trails behind Cassine Village.

Cassine Station has four floors and there are a total of 18 condos in this building (4th floor - 4 units, 3rd floor - 7 units, 2nd floor - 7 units).

PLEASE READ THE DESCRIPTION TO ENSURE THIS CONDO WILL MEET YOUR NEEDS:

The home is 1500 sqft with 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths all located on one level. Please review the bedroom configuration to ensure it meets your needs.

*Bedroom 1 is a large room with black-out curtains, a king bed flat screen TV with an attached bathroom.
*Bedroom 2 is a large room with two queen beds, new mattress, and a large flat screen TV. We also have a pull out single sofa to accommodate for a twin size bed.
*Bedroom 3 is has full over full size bunk bed.
*The Living Room has a sofa and large smart TV with direct TV channels
* The over-sized kitchen is well equipped and includes pots/pans, silverware, glasses plates, and coffee/Keurig maker.
* We have an elevator located in the north end of the building.
* Parking spaces can accommodate up to two cars
* We provide linens, towels, and a starter kit with shampoo, conditioner, soap, dish detergent, laundry pods, toilet paper, paper towels, sponge, and kitchen towels. Please ensure you bring extra as needed for your stay.
* We have high-speed internet , washer and dryer, beach chairs, and 2 umbrellas
* Guests will full access to all the upscale amenities of the Cassine development: 2 community pools, tennis courts, basketball court, outdoor grilling area, and nature trails behind Cassine Village.

We provide a full set of kitchen amenities: pots, pans, silverware, blender, coffee maker/Keurig, plates, cups and much more. For your convenience a full size washer and dryer is also located in the unit.

For beach access, take the elevator, and walk across 30A to the beach access. Our guest can use the wagon and beach amenities that comes with this rental.

We are steps away from bike/beach rentals, urgent care, seafood market and centrally located and within walking distance to most of Seagrove's fine restaurants, and a short bike ride to Seaside, Watercolor, Rosemary Beach, and all 30A has to offer.
