3 bedroom lovely home in Ulfborg

This beautiful vacation home is located in the small resort of Fjand, not far from the fishing village of Thorsminde. The house is situated on an open plot near the North Sea. It is nicely furnished with three bedrooms, bathroom and a good kitchen which is open to the living room and offers plenty of space for the whole family. There are open ridges in the house, making it even more spacious. On the open terrace you can sit nicely and enjoy the view of the dunes and the fields. In Thorsminde you can visit the exciting St. George stranding museum.

Good location and some major issues

The rooms had been renovated, except for the bathroom, and were in good condition overall.However, the refrigerator was surprisingly in poor condition. The cooling system had completely failed, and the freezer compartment was in an especially unhygienic state (see photos). How is that possible?As for the shower... well, see photos.

Gut ausgestattetes Haus in ruhiger Lage

Das Haus bietet sehr viel Platz, auch im Außenbereich (große Terrasse mit vielen Sitzmöbeln), die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Kleinere Mängel, vermutlich aufgrund des Alters, z.B. die Duschabtrennung ist nicht mehr ganz dicht, der Türgriff der Eingangstüre ist lose.
