About this property
holiday home in cassis
This house is the ideal house for your family or friends' holidays. It is located in an exceptional setting with a view of the Cassiden heritage and the crown of Charlemagne. A house where everyone will find their comfort and space. We provide you with sun loungers and you can relax by a pleasant swimming pool of 11 meters by 5 meters (secured by an alarm) and a private garden. The terrace facing the pool as well as the veranda will allow you to enjoy your "meal" moments in complete peace.
The fully equipped kitchen opens onto the veranda. You will have lunch "inside-outside".
The bedrooms upstairs are air-conditioned and have a double bed. For the ground floor bedroom, it is completely closed by a veranda which can also open onto the back room and the garden located at the back of the house. There are blackout blinds in this room as well as curtains.
Two bathrooms are at your disposal: one upstairs with shower and bathtub and one upstairs with shower.
It is easy to reach the beach and the port.
The first wine estate can be reached in just a few minutes by bike or on foot; without too much effort, because the house is located on the plain of the beautiful Janots district.
You can park your cars in the house's private parking lot.
