Beautiful property. Plenty of space for our family of 20 with ages ranging from 9 months through 60 years old. Located very close to Story Land. Our family made some wonderful memories together!
This house was perfect for our big family to share a home! We had everything we needed in the kitchen, the rooms were comfortable and everyone had their own bathroom. The outside deck space with pool, hottub, firepit, and grill was the perfect space for summer family fun. The location was close to downtown for restaurants and attractions and the Mountain View was beautiful! The host was quick to respond with anything and everything we needed through the entire booking process and stay. Would definitely stay here again!
If you’re traveling with a large group and want to stay near the mountains, this home is ideal. My family and friends, totaling 23 people, found the house comfortable for everyone. The view of Mt. Washington from the back porch is stunning both day and night. The house features unique architecture and historical artifacts, which we found fascinating. We enjoyed every moment of our stay — the location, house, and amenities were all perfect. When we return to the White Mountains, we plan to stay here again.
the house worked very well for us we had 20 people and enough space. would like to see one more table outside for dinner we brought inside tables out kitcen has lots of china and glasses could use a few pots and pans extra. we really enjoyed the view of Mt Washington from the deck. Owners were very helpful
We had a great time at this property. We had a large group of 21 adults and 3 tweens and one toddler. There was plenty for everyone to do. The pool, the pool table, the hot tub, games, cooking. We are planning to go back in 2025.
Absolutely excellent location for a big family that wants to shop, ski, dine and snow hike. So accessible, plenty of parking. The house has wonderful charm and SO much room! Teens hung out in the beautiful finished basement, adults took main room and everyone enjoyed the hot tub! We even made sure to sit in the lovely front parlor a bit every day. All guests raved about their rooms and private baths. This house was a winner for us.
Our stay at the Wildflower Inn was great - we comfortably slept 15 adults and it was great to have individual bedrooms and bathrooms. We could’ve even slept more - we didn’t realize the basement was finished and had some rollaway cots. The living and dining spaces are great for groups and the kitchen was well stocked with all the plates and prep tools you need. The deck and pool were amazing. We were already planning our next visit before our stay was up!
The inn accommodated our group of 14 adults and six children with room s to spare. The rooms were very clean, beds comfortable and each had great temperature regulation. The kitchen was well equipped and we made 3 meals per day with no problems. We enjoyed being close to many winter activities as well as indoor activities at the inn such as pool, board games and the hot tub. The host was extremely responsive to our questions and left detailed instructions. We definitely would book this property again.
Our very large extended family spent three nights over the New Years holiday. Fourteen adults and nine children ages 2 thru 13 had a wonderful stay even with a full day of winter rain. The children and (some) adults had fun sledding in the huge yard and the family cooks found the kitchen clean and well stocked. Casual meals in the sun porch made it easy for our large crew to graze through the day, while the pool room and basement rec room kept the older kids and adults occupied and still engaged with the larger group in the living room.
Our Christmas gift this year to our very large family of 25 was a weekend stay in North Conway at this fabulous home! There was so much room for everyone to feel relaxed and yet to join in together for some really fun and memorable times! The TEN bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom, were perfect! The location could not have been better, having winter hiking, sleigh rides, downhill skiing and snowboarding, AND ice skating all with 10-15 minutes of the home. So much to do, making everyone happy and wanting the weekend to never end! Thank you so much to Jeremiah for being such a great host!
We had a wonderful annual family ski weekend in North Conway with 25 members of our family. The house is as it looks in the pictures and was a wonderful place for our annual ski weekend. We had so much fun just exploring the three level and deciding who was staying in each of the 10 bedrooms. Many of the rooms have working gas fireplaces, which was nice on the cold weekend. There was so much space to hang out in, from the quite living room to the loud family room with pool table and games. Everyone enjoyed the hot tub after a long day of skiing. The kitchen was new and modern and the breakfast/ dining area off the kitchen, with it multiple tables made it really feel like we were in a B&B. The large parking lot was a big plus for us. We also loved how close town was and its wonderful shops and restaurants. Dinner for 25 is not easy but both the May Kelly Cottage (Irish Pub) and Moat Mountain Brewing Company were amazing. Breakfast of course was at the house, had to use the breakfast room with view of the Whites, amazing. Thanks so much for having us, will be back.
Cool design and plenty of comfy bedrooms. Every room has it's own bathroom/shower. Got lucky with great weather and were able to enjoy the outdoor space.
Our stay in North Conway was fantastic. This place was perfect for the 20 of us. Plenty of bedrooms, bathrooms and kitchen stocked with everything needed to cook and serve everyone. (and the hot tub was great too!)
Great location! Convenient to everything (hiking, sightseeing, shopping, restaurants). Lots of room for everyone for huge family gathering. When not out and about, there were plenty of things for folks to socialize around a the house; fire pit, pool table, hot tub, deck. The kitchen got a bit crowded but we managed. Would certainly recommend for big groups.
Beautiful home with ample space for everyone. You can’t beat the Mountain View. The property manager was readily available for any issues. We had an amazing time and would definitely rent this property in the future.
A group of friends and I rented this BnB and had a great time! The property is a gorgeous old home with plenty of games to entertain yourself and space for to fit everyone. Its is perfectly located in North Conway where you have access to the White Mountains and downtown shopping/ restaurants. Would definitely come back to rent it again!
We rented the place for family get together and had great time. The host was easily reachable and answered all questions we had. The hot tub was great to relax after day hike activity. One of the bedroom a/c didn't work but other that overall was a great experience.
Jeremiah and Lisseth Berman developed their love for hospitality through their own international travels. They got married in Lisseth’s homeland, Peru, where Jeremiah lived for three years right out of high school. 6 months after getting married Jeremiah and Lisseth moved to Portsmouth, NH, where Jeremiah grew up, where they pursued “traditional” careers of web design and engineering. After a few years they began to realize that spending their lives sitting behind desks was not for them. They were looking for more meaning from their work and lives. This desire to be more engaged in life is what inspired them to start their volunteer organization, Abroaden, with the mission to inspire other people to take an active part in the world around them. Abroaden facilitates international experiences where participants can create positive change in areas of need and learn of the similarities that unite all of the world’s people. Through their work with Abroaden they began to realize how much international travel can broaden one’s perspective. Therefore, they decided to sell all their belongings and booked one-way tickets to Europe. With nothing but their suitcase and their puppy named Paco, they wandered about Europe without an itinerary, landing wherever the wind blew them and trusting fate to guide their way. Their lodging while in Europe was only Airbnbs. Throughout this experience, they stayed in dozens of homes, met hundreds of people, and began to understand what hospitality was all about. They are both natural-born entrepreneurs who love the hospitality industry, so it didn’t take them long to decide that their dream was to own a hospitality business. For Jeremiah, the location was a slam-dunk decision. The Mount Washington Valley was his playground from youth, as this is where his family spent their vacations. So 3 months after landing back in the US, Birch Hospitality was born. Currently managing multiple properties, they live their dream every day serving others!
