You can also visit the Rudolph Tegners Museum on a large silted-up dune or the Munkeruphus art museum with its beautiful garden right on the beach. The capital Copenhagen is just under an hour's drive away, where you can spend at least a whole day due to the wide range of leisure activities on offer, such as Tivoli.
