Unsauberes Objekt

Bevor wir in das Haus eingezogen sind musste eine gründliche Reinigung durchgeführt werden. Darüber hinaus wurden im Laufe der ersten Urlaubstage div. Mängel festgestellt. Eine entsprechende Aufstellung wurde dem Vermieter „Novasol“ geschickt. Bisher erfolgte keine Rückmeldung. Die automatisierten Emails zum Ein- und Ausschecken, sowie die Stromkostenabrechnung kamen prompt. Kundenservice sieht anders aus.Insgesamt betrachtet entspricht das Haus nicht der Beschreibung. Das Angebot auf der Homepage entspricht nicht den Tatsachen. Die eingestellten Bilder sind schon älter und irreführend und zeigen nicht den tatsächlichen Zustand.Bei einem Tagespreis von knapp 200,00 Euro am Tag stimmt hier offensichtlich das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis nicht. Seitens des Vermieters erfolgte bis heute keine Reaktion.
