Great, convenient place for families

We had a great stay as a family! The property was nice and in a very convenient location for all of our sight-seeing plans. We didn’t utilize the “free” passes because it wasn’t convenient, and WiFi was patchy, but we weren’t there much to need or want it anyway. The furniture, small amenities, and check in/out procedures were all very nice! Thanks!!

Spring Break in PF

This property (304) was a great retreat from the hustle and bustle of Pigeon Forge. It is set back a bit from the main drag and is very quiet and peaceful at night while still extremely close to all of the attractions. Great view of the river from our private balcony, comfy beds, and plenty of space for our family of 4. We will definitely be back!

The heat was not working as good as I would like. The heat was set on 72 and it would be in the 60's. We had a 7 month old so it was hard to keep him warm. This is the second time we have stayed at bear crossing and love the location band the rooms. The last room had 3 recliners and that was nice with the baby.

I would recommend a new mattress for the master bedroom and a new refrigerator as we had problems getting it to be cold.Check in and check out was very easy. Had a problem with the company who you have to call for the free tickets, after being on hold for 45 minutes finally got someone who was suppose to send the email for my free ticket but I never received it. I would recommend Bear Crossing because it was clean and very convenient to everything.

Nice place

We were looking for something in town for convenience, but not crowded. This place was perfect. Small complex on the Little River, block from the Island. Very clean condo, plenty of room, nice balcony. Much more private than a hotel. Would definitely stay here again.
