Spring Break 2021

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Condo was nice and well equipped. Beds comfortable. Could use new pillows and extra pillow cases. Good location. Very disappointed in check in. Arrived early and checked in with the condo. We knew we would have to wait, we were early. But we were not able to get into our room until 6pm; 2 hours after check in time. We had to change showtimes for stampede. I had tired children. Seems like if they knew I was waiting, they could have done our room. There were 3 cleaning ladies in our room when we arrived and we had to stand outside waiting to get in. I understand business is short handed, but 2 hours?

Weekend 3 Night Trip

The unit was nice but still has some issues. We reported the fireplace not working and even after maintenance looked at it , it still does not work properly. We were never able to use the WiFi because it is not a secure network. It would not allow us to enter a username or password that we were given at check in. I was given a phone number to call but could never reach them to talk to tech. The unit could be more family friendly if it had some games or game system provided. We still enjoyed our stay in spite of these inconveniences.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We absolutely loved our stay in Cedar Lodge 303. The condo had everything you need to have a wonderful vacation. The bed was super comfy. Check-in was a breeze and we loved the location in a very quiet part of Pigeon Forge. The only negative comment we have was that we couldn't get the fireplace to work. We did not even mention this during our stay because we just never like having repair people come into our room when we aren't there. We just didn't want to wait around for someone to come. We had a minor wifi issue that was addressed immediately. I have no doubt the fireplace issue would have been resolved too. We will book this condo again without hesitation.
