We give it an 8/10

The condo was really nice. If you plan on cooking, you might want to bring your own knives. If you’re going in the winter, a space heater might be needed for the master bedroom. We were FREEZING. The heat doesn’t heat that room well. There’s also not a smart TV in the master, but all the other rooms have one. Bring laundry detergent because you will need to wash your towels. We weren’t prepared for that. And if you have a large family, you will need to come up with a shower schedule. The hot water will last for about 20 minutes. It was a very nice condo and we all enjoyed our stay!

Great condo for family vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Condo very spacious and well equipped. Beautiful view from balcony overlooking Pigeon Forge.

Don’t do it.

I very rarely leave negative reviews for places and like to give a place the benefit of the doubt, but in this situation I just can’t. Let’s start with the presentation. The carpet is fraying. The curtain rod is hanging out on one side and barely holding on with one screw. The pictures are hung crooked (we would’ve fixed them but they appeared to be hung with adhesive, they couldn’t be moved). There was a random metal fixture hanging out behind the door that was 5 feet tall/long, I assume it was meant to be hung over the bed? It was just sloppy. Next, while the living area was warm, the next bedroom was chilly, and the master was downright freezing like sleeping outside freezing. What’s up with that? Then the customer service. We complained about a neighbor that was directly above us that was up all night each of the four nights we stayed. And I don’t just mean they were awake. It sounded like they were moving heavy furniture across the floor all night every night. Management did nothing that effectively addressed this. We really should’ve called the cops with a noise violation. We didn’t sleep for 4 nights. Last but not least, they were incredibly ill equipped for winter weather. It snows in this part of TN. The parking lot was a total disaster afterwards for days. If you know it snows in the area and they’re calling for snow and ice, salt the parking lots. Put down ice melt. People and cars were sliding all over the place and couldn’t even safely get out of the complex. It was so unprofessional. I might’ve left one extra star if wasn’t priced like a very high end facility, but if you’re going to charge luxury prices, you need to provide luxury accommodations. This was definitely not luxury.
