A magnificent house with 6 bedrooms and a suspended floor. This house has a room where you can challenge each other with darts, table tennis and billiards. The room is located next to the kitchen-living room, which is neatly furnished. Furthermore, there is an elegant pool room in the house with an attached sauna and a spacious jacuzzi for 6 people. In the house you will find furnishings that will make you feel like you have come home. Sønderborg is not far away and has good shopping, a busy harbor with a pleasant atmosphere and the historic sites Dybbøl Mølle and Skanderborg Castle to offer. Nearby is the adventure park Universe, where you will be entertained for many hours by scientific and technical phenomena. Bed linen, towels, crib and high chair can be rented at NOVASOL's list prices. The down payment for the operating costs and the final cleaning are paid in cash in the house together with the other consumption costs.

Kautiom für 2 Wochen deutlich zu niedrig

In denm Schlafräumen und Badezimmern zu wenig Kleiderhaken und Ablagemöglichkeiten (fehlende Nachttische). Im Haus war die Temperatur in allen Räumen schwer und nur mit Fensteröffnung zu regulieren, weil viel zu warm! Die Nebenkosten für Strom, Wasser und Öl betrugen rd. 30 % des Mietbetrages und waren für uns überraschend hoch, etwa doppelt so hoch wie die hiunterlegte Kaution. Darauf sollte in den Bedingungen hingewiesen werden. W-LAN Verbindung aufgrund Enfernung zum Rooter zu schwach und nicht immer stabil
