This location was amazing! Close to downtown and easily walkable! The charm of the building was incredible too! Great communication from the host. Will definitely book here again on our next Hot Springs getaway!

Thank you so much Justina! Look forward to hosting you all again!
This is a nice place, for an old home remodel. It could use some revamping, but the owner was great in responses. Internet is horrible though. Good location
This place is very beautiful. I love the location and it is over all a big but small home. It fit 7 of us perfectly and we all had fun. The bunkbeds are a little hard and CREAKY!!! The couch doesn’t turn into a full bed and it’s a little uncomfortable… My personal favorite part was the windows and shower I loved it !

Comfortable stay and close to the downtown area.
It was a definite experience staying in such an old place. I would love to know the history, was it a big house prior to being converted into different apartments. The shower was nice, the TV options were good, and the space was decorated really cute. We were within walking distance to the bathhouses and downtown shops and restaurants so it was walk to everything. The communication was good with the host like we needed toilet paper at one time (we were left with one roll). I did have to contact to get information on how to enter the property which I feel should have been given to me. It is an older property I found online that the building was built in 1901 but not sure if accuracy it sure seemed that way. It was a pleasant stay and if you don’t mind stairs it is good pick.
The inside of the house is very nice. AC works well, full kitchen, plenty of towels and blankets. It is easily walkable to the downtown central Avenue but the neighborhood is kind of rough. There’s a huge abandoned building right next door. We weren’t comfortable walking around in the evening. The second night we made sure to get back before dark.
