In Argelès-sur-Mer, we offer this charming 30 m² apartment for rent, less than a kilometer from the beach, with shared pool, jacuzzi and sauna. It can accommodate up to 4 travelers. Located on the first floor, it comprises a lovely 20 m² living room with fully equipped kitchen, a beautiful bedroom, a bathroom and a 25 m² garden. Wifi included, we're waiting for you !

The apartment comprises
- 20 m² living room with TV, double sofa bed
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob...
- One bedroom with double bed (160×190)
- Bathroom with bath, WC

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment : high chair, washing machine, cot, fan, ironing board and iron.

Exterior :
- An 8 m² terrace with furniture to enjoy the sunny days.
- Heated communal swimming pool open from May to September, from 9 am. to 7 pm. (dates and times for guidance only). Opening dates non-contractual.
- Jacuzzi available all year round
- A 25 m² shared garden
- A shared fitness room
- A pétanque court in the residence
- A playground with several activities offered by the residence (in July and August).
- Shared laundry facilities in the residence (including a washing machine in the apartment)
- Daycare for children in the residence

The apartment is ideally located in Argelès-sur-Mer, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets...

Transportation :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the apartment's private, numbered parking lot + bicycle parking.

- Pets are allowed in the accommodation (only one pet per stay).
- Bed linen and towels are not provided.
- All children swimming under the responsibility of a parent.

- Cleaning at the end of your stay is your responsibility (or extra charge from our on-site service provider, price : 50e).
- All requests for arrival or departure outside the times indicated are subject to availability of the person in charge of reception. An additional fee may be charged.
