Our home has an elegant split level design with many large windows to bring awesome scenery indoors. Enjoy views of the Golf Course and Kauai's majestic mountains that surround this home. This newly built home offers almost 1800 square feet of living space. The whole upstairs is one large great room with vaulted ceilings that bring lots of light and pleasant sunshine in. This living room area is a wonderful gathering place to hang out with the family and friends that you love. You can chat and eat your favorite Hawaiian foods or choose a favorite movie from the video library to watch together.

A beautiful 10 minute walk on a jungle path takes you to the tropical paradise of Anini Beach. Keep in mind that you just explored a trail not unlike those used by Harrison Ford in 'Raiders of The Lost Arc' filmed on Kauai. There are many incredible beaches near our home. The famous town of Hanalei is just a 5 minute drive away and the moon shaped bay and Bali Hai veiw is amazing. Hanalei bay has extremely long lasting waves and it's a great place to walk and watch them roll in. Kauai has more beach front than all the other Hawaiian islands, more beautiful beaches than you would ever be able to see with just one visit.

Home Away From Home

Comfortable and well appointed home. Great for larger group, families with children or several couples. I have stayed in dozens of homes in Hawaii and never had one that had so much equipment for outdoor use such as boogie boards, coolers, sand chairs. Within walking distance of the shopping mall with a grocery store and a few restaurants. I am sure anyone who stay will have a wonderful time on Kauai.

Glad you enjoyed our garage full of beach supplies. We try to keep a variety of fun things on hand for our guests to use whether they are indoors or outdoors. We truly love opening our home to vacationers and want our guests to have the best possible time while on vacation.

Beautiful Princeville Villa!

We spent six weeks at this lovely villa and couldn’t have asked for a better setting to spend the holidays with our family. Three spacious and wonderfully decorated bedrooms, two with en suites, allowed us to host many members of our extended family over our stay. Easy access to the community pool and Aninni beach, as well as golf, Hanelai Bay and the Princeville resort make the location terrific. The villa was comfortable and wonderfully decorated, with several special touches that really made it feel like a true tropical retreat. We loved it!!

Fabulous!

The house was probably the cleanest place we have ever stayed. Fully stocked kitchen, beach towels, coolers, and chairs. Fresh fruit when we arrived. Friendly neighbors, pool to ourselves most of the time. Very relaxing and comfortable. Can't wait to come back!

The Best Month Ever

We celebrated our 50th wedding anniversary in January so to celebrate we decided to have each one of the kids pick a week in March and bring their family over for spring break. It was spendy but it turned out to be the best month ever. They think that they got the better end of the deal but for sure we feel we did. Kauai was great. That is a given. Even that was more than we had expected for the 'rainy side of the island'. It was perfect weather. We only had 2 different days of a heavy mist for 20 minutes while the kids were swimming in the ocean. So that, for the kids, was "What rain?". Then it rained a few times during the night. 80 and sunny almost everyday. Perfect!!! The accommodations were beyond our expectations. I felt like we were a part of the "rich and famous". Water toys for the kids, sleeping accommodations for everyone, beautifully decorated, generous amenities, fully, and I mean FULLY, equipped kitchen, walking trails around the golf courses, nearby grocery shopping... I cannot say enough about the whole experience. WOW!!! I would not hesitate a minute to refer someone to this place. We came home totally relaxed and looking forward to another time when we can do this again. Thank you doesn't even begin to express our gratitude. Ideal place to stay for a wonderful family holiday

The accommodation is ideally located for a great family holiday. I loved the Princeville area as it isn't as busy as Kapa'a or the south shore.The house is in a quiet gated community with lots of space. It has good parking and a pool. No late night parties, which is appreciated when you travel with young children. The house is extremely well equipped, a full kitchen and lots of towels. Snorkel equipment and coolers are an added bonus. Your hosts are a joy to deal with and have lots of information about Kauai in the home for guests to peruse. I can highly recommend this home for a wonderful family vacation.

Large 3 bedroom condo in Princeville

Property was clean and bright, with large quiet bedrooms, and a huge great room. Three televisions came in handy. Kitchen large, easy to use and very well equipped. All in all, a delightful experience.

Heaven in January!

We wanted to send you a quick note about our stay at your home in Kauai. We have been to the islands many times over the years, this was the most relaxing and enjoyable vacation we have ever had in Hawaii. Your home is beautiful and very well equipped with everything a vacationing family could need while on the island. I think our favorite thing about your location was how close you were to Annini beach, what a great walk in the morning to a beautiful beach, just made for walking and taking in the beautiful views!! We also enjoyed being able to walk to the little shopping center for our daily coffee – scone – ice cream or super market adventures – just like being home! The drive up the coast was amazing – visiting each little town and crossing each little bridge – encouraged the relaxation to set in, I honestly feel like I could have spent an entire week (or more) just in these little towns - never heading back to Lihue or Kappa…..We are looking forward to visiting again in the future - the sooner the better! Thanks again for offering a wonderful place to stay in an amazing location…

Christmas on Kauai

My family and I stayed here over the holidays and just had a great time. Kauai is a beautiful island with great outdoor activities and opportunities. Not the night life you might find in Honolulu but who goes to Hawaii for night life? North shore is awesome, great laid back atmosphere, Hanalei is the coolest town with plenty of dining options. The North end is definitely a bit more serene and less busy than from Kapaa south into Poipu. The whole island is beautiful and you should see it all. Perfect place for Sailing, zip lining, moped riding, golfing, helicopter tours, snorkeling, hiking, just general lazing around. The house is beautiful with everything you could want or need.

Great Stay, Perfect Location

What a perfect location to access all the North Shore has to offer. Walking distance to Anini Beach, easy drive to Tunnels, and just minutes from Hanalei Bay. The house was beautiful, plenty of room for 6, everything you need is provided. Would highly recommend to anyone. So nice to come home to a big house instead of a small hotel room after a long day at the beach.

Paradise!

This condo exceeds your expectations! The minute you walk into the place you feel you are truly on vacation. It's light and airy and surrounded by greenery. It's design makes you feel you are part of the outdoors....so many wonderful big windows! It has everything you need for a good time including snorkeling gear. We had two toddlers with us and the unit was within easy walking distance to the park playground and field. It is also within easy walking distance to the shopping center....I timed it and it took me 6 minutes to get there! We could walk over for a coffee drink in the morning! Everyone in the complex was friendly and nice and it's really kept up well. It's a great place for a family vacation!

Fantastic home

We loved the home. It was well-maintained, clean, spacious and had everything we needed to enjoy ourselves - both at the home and pool and beach accessories that made our lives easier. The whirlpool/jacuzzi in one of the downstairs bathrooms was an added bonus and the neighborhood pool was great for when we felt lazy and didn't want to go through the effort of getting to the beach. The only downside was no air conditioning. That made the upstairs hot in the evenings, but we spent most of our days out and about. And if the upstairs got too hot, we simply moved downstairs where it was significantly cooler. The other nice thing about the home was its location. It's within walking distance of one shopping/restaurant/grocery area and only a few minutes drive in either direction for access to beaches, other towns, hiking trails, etc. This made sightseeing and beach-going pretty easy for us as we had never been to Kauai prior to our honeymoon. In addition, and one of the best parts about it, was the price. It's definitely affordable for one family for a week's stay (it was actually less expensive than similar condos/townhomes/houses in less attractive parts of the country we explored before deciding on this home), but if you have one or two couples or a group of friends to split the cost, it's even better. Great place to stay and I'd highly recommend it to others.

Villas on the Prince

We just returned from a 7 night family vacation at this wonderful property. For a group with a bunch of small kids, there were so many little things which made our stay so much easier. It came equipped with a travel crib, boogie boards, beachballs, snorkeling gear, pool toys ... The DVD/VHS at cable TV helped pass those occasional rainy days. The WIFI came in handy more than expected. The kitchen was fully equipped and the welcome basket was a nice touch. The Princeville center was a 0.25 mile walk away with a grocery store with all the essentials. Admittedly, we only spent a small amount of time in Princeville town. The villa is a ways from the one beach in Princeville at the St. Regis resort. We did that walk one day with a stroller. It's a very scenic four mile loop which somehow took most of the day (that's life with a baby). The St. Regis has a tiny public lot outside of it which is always full. We couldn't find any other public parking between the Villa and the beach. Of course, there are plenty of scenic beaches with public parking along the north shore of Kauai, so we weren't bothered much. The north shore turned out to be fairly distant from south and west Kauai. So, we spent our time on the north and east sides. All told, this was a wonderful stay ideally suited for our personal needs.

Best Vacation Ever

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the rental and I must say, it is very tastefully decorated. It was obvious when I walked in, that the owners take pride in their vacation home and want others to enjoy it. When we arrived the place was spotless and the flowers and welcome basket were a much appreciated surprise! Because of all the amenities, it felt more like home than a rental. We were very happy with the location because the house was close to many activities. Less drive, more time, more fun! Thank you for being so extremely helpful and easy to work with and responding promptly to any questions we had about Kauai. Most appreciated the helpful hints about where to go, and what to do. We had so much fun and adventure, after a long day it was so nice to come back to such a lovely comfortable home. It couldn’t have been a better trip, best vacation ever, we will return.

WE FOUND OUR PERFECT FAMILY VACATION!

Jeanne and John, thanks so much for sharing your home with us! The house is gorgeous and the location was perfect. The pictures do not do it justice. It was our first visit to Kauai and first time renting a home and our experience was great! The house is perfect for families or couples because it is so spacious. We barely left the house at night, since everything we needed was there. We ate most are meals in “being on a family budget” and the kitchen had everything we could possibly need to cook any kind of meal. What a treat to find the garage full of beach toys, beach chairs, floats, boogie boards and coolers. There was even a sun umbrella which really came in handy because some of us got a little burnt one day and had to stay out of the sun. We had so much fun snorkeling together, our family is already talking about returning next year. We found our perfect family vacation! Kal & Joe

A wonderful week in Princeville

We rented this house for a family vacation. There were 6 of us, 3 couples, and it was a perfect house for our sized group. It appeared exactly as it was pictured here and was comfortable and conveniently located. We loved all of the beaches in the area, there were beaches that you could drive to (Hanalei Bay, Tunnels, Ke'e beach) and there were several others that you could only hike to, which were magnificent (secret beach, hideaway beach, queen's bath). There were also several good looking restaurants in the area, but we mostly cooked in the well-equipped kitchen. We did frequent Banana Joe's, though, a fruit stand a few miles down the road that makes frosty's - frozen pineapple and banana put through a juicer which comes out as an ice cream-like frozen treat. Jeanne, the owner, was wonderful to deal with - she responded quickly to all of our questions and sent us a document with lots of information about the area (including directions to all of the hike-to beaches I listed above). They also had 2 copies of the Ultimate Kauai Guidebook at the house, which we relied on heavily. The owners have provided a lot of equipment for use - masks, snorkels and fins, boogie boards, beach towels and chairs, coolers, even some water shoes. The wifi also worked without incident. We all agree that we would highly recommend this unit if you are headed to Princeville. And get a frosty for us!

Exceptional property for a family!

We loved our stay in your unit! It always has EVERYTHING we would ever want or need. The space is unbelievable and the property is in a wonderful location, very accessible to many beaches, golf courses and various other site seeing activities. We are looking forward to our next stay. Mahalo!

We have two beautiful grown up children and have been blessed with two grandchildren, that we like to spoil. We enjoy opening our home to vacationers, when were not there. It has been fun meeting people from all over the world. God willing, when we retire - we hope to enjoy the island during the winter months.

Why they chose this property

The islands beauty captured us the first time we set foot on it. After taking our first hike up the Napali coast we decided - we just had to own a piece of this paradise so we could return often. We decided to purchase in Princeville because you cant find a better location to Kauai's North Shore. We love activity outdoors, there are so many unique beaches near our home for every kind of water sport. With spectacular hikes and meandering rivers for kayaking or paddle boarding so close, it was a no brainer to choose this property. Location! simply the most scenic location you are likely to ever visit. We wanted to be able to share our home with family, friends and guests - so the three bedrooms and three bathrooms was a must. We like open floor plans so we were sold on the spacious great room for family gatherings.

What makes this property unique

Our home is in a quiet neighborhood. We love to walk the golf course at night and watch the stars. Kauai's air is so clean and clear, you will be amazed at how many stars you can see, when you look up.
