The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Check out time: 10am
* Lock and close all doors, windows, and blinds.
*Dump all trash into out door garbage can in bear box. keep locked!
* Do not clean out fire place or place coals in garbage
*Strip sheets from all beds used and place with used towels in basket in laundry room. (It would be appreciated if the towels used can be started washing in washing machine.)
* Turn off the thermostat in game room behind the bar.
* Cover the Jacuzzi and reduce heat to 90 degrees.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
