Street side parking is extremely difficult at this property location. It is good location if you use B public transportation.

We enjoyed our stay so much! It was the perfect amount of space for a family of five, including three older kids. The host was extremely kind and helpful with figuring out transportation into NYC! The apartment is well-maintained for being so close to the city. We would definitely stay here again! Our only minor complaints are one of the showers has pretty low water pressure and the kitchen could be stocked with a few more items like a pizza cutter and more containers for food storage. Thanks again!!

My friends and I stayed 4 days 3 nights to attend the US Open(tennis) matches. We arrived to the apartment at night and the host Oscar was on site to ensure we were able to enter the apartment. Oscar gave us pointers on the local bus transportation to connect to the subway(same info printed and posted on the refridgerator). Oscar was very very helpful and nice. I will recommend to family and friends.

Nice Place Convenient to NYC

We enjoyed our stay, this was great for our family to explore NYC during the day and have a clean and cozy home to come back to at night. Everything we needed was provided, kitchen was well stocked, many food options nearby along the street for quick meals. Safe walkable neighborhood convenient to public transportation. A little noisy at times from being on a busy street but didn’t really bother us. Hosts were so helpful and friendly, they live in the same building and were available at a moment’s notice if we needed anything.

We had a great stay in this spacious and very clean and comfortable apartment. Very well equipped with everything you need if you want to dine in. Host communication was excellent and we were greeted by the host and provided with good transportation tips. There is a bus stop outside that provides fast connections in to the heart of NYC. We also took a light rail and ferry. It is situated in a cosmopolitan area with plenty of neighbourhood food stores just a few steps away.Great view of NYC skyline about 6 blocks away.Much better value than staying in NYC.Would highly recommend

Everything was exactly as advertised. Clean. In Order. Open Space. We felt we had all the room and more being in a big city. Directed to great parking locations. Location felt safe and convenient distance to stores and shops for forgotten items.Tons of great information on how to get around the location and tips about how to handle being in New York.I felt horrible because a bottle of grenadine had exploded in my luggage and got on the floor rug as we were leaving.
