Fantastic Location - short walk to the Park City Town Lift ski runs and Main Street. Phenomenal summer location for hiking/biking/main street. Home has air conditioning as well.
Enjoy this awesome custom luxury 4 bedroom home, located two blocks above Main Street and walking distance to ski runs and the town lift at Park City Mountain! Nestled on the Mountain with beautiful views, designer furnishings, a gourmet kitchen and great room not to mention the stone terrace with private outdoor spa! Two minutes to great restaurants, shopping, Deer Valley, and The Canyons.
This 2500 square-foot home has a large beautiful quartz entry way with custom millwork and built-ins for all your gear! A cathedral ceiling library opens to large deck overlooking downtown Park City. The upstairs bedroom has a comfortable memory foam queen sofa bed, full bath and mountain decor complete this stunning, private retreat area.
An artist designed staircase leads you to the great room with beautiful stone fireplace, built-in entertainment center and state of the art gourmet kitchen with marble counters. Dining for 8 and island seating as well! This floor also has a queen sized master bedroom with limestone bath, and a log furnished bunk room.
This home now has mini-split AC units though out the home in addition to two furnaces for heat (along with heat capability through the mini-split systems).
** Booking Note: This home does allow well behaved pets (up to TWO total) for a small per Pet fee. However, there is no fenced in yard and Old Town Park city is a relatively populated area so while you can walk dogs on the street or up on the trails about a block away, there is not a dedicated 'dog walking' area. Also, the home sleeps up to 10 people total but there is an additional fee of $15/person (which will be calculated into the total price as long as you put in the correct number of people in the reservation request) per night for any number of people over 4.
** While no car is needed at this location, there is room for a car or small SUV in the garage and a larger one in the carport (2 parking spaces total). DURING EXTREME snow storms/blizzards, the snow plowing service may be delayed or minimal. While we are contracted to remove snow/plow the driveway every time it snows more than 2", there are times when the plowing service may be delayed and the entire street (upper Woodside) will require 4 wheel drive/vehicles to get to the home. We will do our best to clear the driveway (and again, have a service that is contracted to do so) but there may be times that you will have to do a bit of shoveling, especially if you are arriving later in the day / evening and there has been a tremendous amount of snow that day. No refunds will be given for any extra shoveling needed but we will do our best to keep the driveway as clear as possible.
