Welcome to Balka! You are on vacation in an idyllic area, only 150 m from the child-friendly sandy beach. To the very nice, comfortably furnished vacation home belongs a partly covered terrace, where you can enjoy the sun and many social hours. On the property is a parking possibility. Zm nearby village and its shopping facilities you have from here 800 m. Arm yourself with a towel and walk to the beach for a swim. Or go by bike to Snogebæk, where you can enjoy the Bornholm delicacies in a fish smokehouse. Nexø is also a good place for an excursion. Neighboring house: I50711.

Leider können keine Fotos von altem, modrigen und schimmligen Geruch gemacht werden. Aber als wir die Tür zu unserem sauberen und schlichten Häuschen in super Nähe zum Strand geöffnet haben, kam uns genau solch ein Geruch entgegen!! Also alle Fenster und Türen weit auf. Aber auch nach gutem Lüften blieb dieser eklige Geruch in der Luft. Die Schränke ließen wir zu, denn dort war diese penetrante Luft dick wie ein Baumstamm. Und wenn dann im Besuchsbüchlein genau solch eine Schilderung aus 2023 steht, weiß man, dass der Zustand dem Vermieter NOVASOL egal ist. Kommunikation bzgl gewünschter Bettwäsche lief leider auch schief, so dass hier für den Ferienhausanbieter nur ein Stern vergeben wird.
