Weirs Beach is an area within the northern part of the city of Laconia in Belknap County, New Hampshire, United States. It is located on the southern shore of Lake Winnipesaukee.
Weirs Beach, or "The Weirs" as it is referred to by locals, is named for a wide, sandy, public beach on Lake Winnipesaukee. Adjacent to the beach and comprising the center of the village are a boulevard and boardwalk that run along a quarter mile stretch of Lakeside Ave.
The main summer port of the Winnipesaukee Flagship Company's MS Mount Washington is located on the boulevard. A large public dock is a popular stop for boaters on Lake Winnipesaukee.

The Weirs Beach area also contains the Winnipesaukee Playhouse, Funspot Family Fun Center, Mount Washington Cruises, the Winnipesaukee Scenic Railroad, Weirs Drive-In Theater, and Half Moon Amusement Arcades. There is always fun to be had at Weirs Beach.

We are 4 miles from Bank of New Hampshire Pavilion (11min via car)
We are within walking distance to the lake and other attractions around the weirs. We have onsite parking for guests.

Nice location

The location should not be better. A lot of Restaurants are close by. Beach is ten minutes walking by 6 years old.

Not for adults w group

Rented for 6 adults as advertised on website. Room was advertised for 6 adults and sign up for preferred parking cause have a big truck and another vehicle. Room way to small for 6 adults maybe 4 and still pushing it. No preferred parking parking space to small for my truck but put other vehicle there and paid for extra parking spot. Left came back that night no spot avail in parking lot had to park 1/4 mile down on strip over night. When we came back from visiting family that night around 10 pm room was hot a/c not working properly was sitting on deck talking just talking no music cause way to crowded and hot to b inside we were told quiet time at 1100. Place may b fine for adults staying with small children that go to bed early but for all adults not wanting to b in bed by 1000 on the weekend would not suggest. Spoke w owner we left after day 2 and luckily for another place for the rest of short vaca and had a great time and informed them and we all agreed to cancel future week I was booked for there not the right place. We left without any issues left place cleaner than when we got it and owner still felt she wanted police there which is her right just to supervise which was fine w us just unnessacary cause totally argumentive person and never in the office even for check in.

It was necessary to speak to "The Bean Family" this morning regarding the disruption to the Lakeview last night due to the behavior of their family at their Cottage. They have violated the policy of the Lakeview Inn and Cottages. Our guests were unable to sleep (no less than a dozen guests complained) as well as the fact that they and their children had to listen to the constant vulgarities coming from their exterior deck until approxiately 1:45 AM ( when I went out to speak to them, I was totally disrespected, sworn at and called out as the Proprietor of the Inn by Mr. Bean and his sons). I would have asked them to leave at that time however they were not in any condition to drive and I did not want to get the police involved. (I would be willing to guess that all of their sons were not old enough to drink) Therefore, we requested that "The Bean Family" vacate the premises the following morning. We also requested that they cancel their August 19th reservation with us as we have strict policies here and they were not respected by the"Bean" Family. The following morning after sending them an email and text mail, they came to the lobby of the Inn to speak with me. At that time, Mrs. Bean threw the key at me and Mr. Bean ripped a $20 bill out of my hand that I was giving back to Mrs. Bean for additional parking. They continued to be condescending and disrepectful and I told them in no uncertain terms to leave the premises immediately. They took their time packing and their sons proceeded to spit on the property . I then contacted the Laconia PD to oversee and escort this Family off of the premises before things escalated. Mr. Bean had NO say in determining the cancellation of his reservation, The Inn Proprietor told them they were not welcome back. There was no negotiating here. They are disruptive, disrespectful and dishonest "guests". No longer welcome at the Lakeview Inn or any of our properties. Thank you, The Lakeview Inn
