The Space:

After a recent revamp of this listing to include the main living space plus the backyard, we are delighted to present Putt 'n Plunge Paradise! Every inch of this space was thoughtfully updated with creating the best vacation experience in mind: from the 6 hole putting green to the hot tub to the cold plunge to being in an excellent central location, this house has everything but the pool!

This unique 3/2 house is located along a quiet, dead-end street, so there is very little traffic and street noise from Bahia Vista Street cannot be heard. In fact, most of the homes located along this street are actually vacant most of the year as they tend to be second homes for individuals from out of state.

The living space is classily decorated with nods to Sarasota throughout, boasting 3 king-sized beds in each bedroom, a new and comfortable 8 person leather sectional, and a spacious covered-and-screened-in lanai that provides additional outdoor seating, an outdoor dining area, and a large 75" TV that is visible from the hot tub.

The hot tub is also covered with a pergola, making day-time soaking in the shade much more comfortable and night-time soaking much more cozy (pergola is equipped with an outdoor light).

Most listings do not feature a cold plunge tub, so this is a rare amenity to be had! The cold plunge is deliberately not covered as it is much more comfortable to soak in the plunge while the lovely Florida sun shines on your face and keeps whatever is not in the water very warm :)

The spacious backyard was very intentionally made to be dirt-free: the large putting green has pet-friendly turf (meaning pets are free to relieve themselves on the turf as there are pet deodorizers under the turf) and the rest of the backyard is fully concreted. This clean outdoor environment plus fully-fenced area makes sunning in complete privacy possible as well as super clean! A propane grill is also added to perfect the outdoor vacation experience!

Board games and puzzles are also available! In fact, a large puzzle board is also available for the puzzle enthusiasts out there (upon request)!

A keypad lock is equipped on 2 of the 3 outdoor doors to allow for easy self-check in.

This property is a non-smoking, non-vaping property and does not allow parties. Please note, this property is located in a friendly and welcoming neighborhood and, although it is a vacation destination, it's home to other people. As such we ask that you respect their privacy and their right to a peaceful existence! Quiet hours for this property are from 9pm to 9am to be in compliance with the Sarasota noise ordinance regulation.
