Welcome to our Sandcastle! A lovely unit that is decorated to the nines! You will love the two main master suites and multiple living spaces, inside and out! One patio features a grill and dining set to enjoy dinner outdoors, while another features a pergola, hammock, and a private hot tub! Family fun awaits with a foosball table, games, cards and books to enjoy, you are sure to have everything you need for the perfect stay while enjoying Desert Color!

Your key fob will also grant you access to the Springs Social Spa, an oversized hot tub area located on the corner of Marilla and Akoya Pearl Street. This is a gated area that a limited number of properties will have access to. The spa hours are 10 am to 10 pm.

At roughly 2.5 acres of surface area and sandy beaches, The Shores Resort Lagoon is the largest private body of water in the St. George area. The lagoon is the perfect place to swim, kayak, paddleboard, and much more! Recreation equipment can be rented on-site, as well as golf carts and cabanas. Two gorgeous resort pools, oversized hot tubs, ample shaded seating, and 10-foot fire tables are just the beginning of the offerings at The Shores Resort. The Desert Color community hosts fun activities throughout the year—like rooftop yoga, kid’s crafts, food truck nights, and even dive-in movies on the big screen at the pool or lagoon. These events are offered on a rotating basis, so be sure to check the Desert Color event calendar for the latest schedule during your stay!

There is a designated parking lot for RVs, trailers, and boats. The cost is
$15 per vehicle per stay. All vehicles must be registered in advance to park in this lot. Please contact
