This Spectacular Waterfront Beach House (built in 2004) gives you the true New England experience, with Niantic Bay in the backyard! The home is a single family, two story design. Our fully furnished 3 bedroom and 2 bathroom house even allows a group of 12 relatives to live comfortably and lavishly! SLEEPS 12 ADULTS IN BEDS! Maximum 12 guest occupancy and parking for 4 vehicles!

Weekly & Daily Renters, Essential Workers, Families/Vacationers, Connecticut College, Mitchell College, Coast Guard Academy, Electric Boat, Dominion Energy, Mohegan Sun & Foxwoods Casinos, Fishing Groups, Swimmers, Kayakers, Canoers, and Paddle-Boarders. Family, friend, work, team, bachelor, bachelorette, golf, etc. gatherings are all welcomed.

Your own private beach/boardwalk is nestled right "IN-BETWEEN" Niantic Bay Yacht Club and Attawan Beach (each less than a 7 minute walk). Head directly down our waterfront steps/boardwalk, and you can then take a relaxing seaside stroll from end to end within a few short minutes. McCook's Beach/McCook's Point Park (children's playground) and Crescent Beach is also less than a half mile walk. The Book Barn and Niantic Children's Museum are also very popular sites to visit for families with younger children. The immediate area is a great place for walking, jogging, or bike riding.

Bring your kayaks, canoes, and paddle boards. Guests are able to utilize Niantic Bay for water activities such as kayaks, canoes, or paddle boards (all NOT included). Guests are expected to comply with the CT water safety guidelines/requirements. Surf fishing is welcome to guests on the beach shoreline during evening hours only. Bring your fishing poles, tackle box, and bait.

no indoor garage parking - Campers, RV's, cargo trailers, box trucks are PROHIBITED as there is not adequate parking.

we DO NOT provide an outdoor bbq grill at this property, you are welcome to bring your own. USE GRILL ONLY IN BACK OUTDOOR PATIO/YARD AREA, DO NOT BRING UP TO FRONT PORCH. IT IS FIRE HAZARD.
To close/lock the kitchen sliding door - when open, push lever down and slide to close, release lever and door will lock.
pet(s) ARE ALLOWED at this property upon request at $250 extra flat rate fee, per pet. Unfortunately, the beach association prohibits pets from entering the beach and ocean. Maximum 2 pets. Fee is non-negotiable and non-refundable.
