If you make your way to the second bedroom, you'll find two comfortable queen-sized beds with matching linens. The large picture window in this room also provides an incredible view of the Gulf. The ensuite bath features a walk-in shower with two separate vanities, making it convenient for multiple people to get ready at the same time.

Whether you choose the grand master bedroom or the cozy second bedroom, you'll have access to your own private oasis with stunning Gulf views. So, which sleeping arrangement will you choose for your next beach getaway?

Provided Amenities -
Imagine yourself enjoying the luxurious amenities provided during your beach vacation. You'll sleep soundly in the 100% cotton and linen luxury linens, and dry off with plush Egyptian cotton towels. For your beach excursions, beach towels are available for your use, and two cruiser bikes are provided for your convenience. If you'd like to rent chairs for the beach, simply arrange it through our community vendor, La Dolce Vita. Or, if you prefer, grab the backpack chairs and umbrellas provided and head straight to the beach for a day of relaxation and fun in the sun.
Other amenities are also provided for your convenience during your stay. These include paper towels, coffee pods, dishwasher and washer pods, toilet paper, trash bags, dish soap, and hand soap. No need to worry about running out of essentials during your vacation - we've got you covered.

Perfect Family Vacation!!!!

We just had the most amazing week at this property. The home was immaculate, the owner is highly responsive/attentive to any questions or concerns and the location/view is incredible. The Watersound Community is breathtaking. I took walks every day and saw something new each time; from lily ponds to streams to a putting park! Not to mention the beautiful boardwalks to the beach and the beach itself of course. The Condo is gorgeous, comfy, and quiet! The host is incredibly responsive and helpful! I just can't say enough about my stay here! I highly recommend this property and this community!

Perfect family week at the beach.

This is our 3rd year spending a week at Watersound beach and the first time renting in Compass Point. The place is top notch and perfect for a family of four. The condo is decorated nicely, the kitchen has everything needed if you want to cook, the beds were comfortable, the place was very clean, and the host was easy to work with. We particularly enjoyed the balcony with a great view of the beach and gulf. As it is on the east side, once the sun moves overhead in the afternoon, the balcony is shaded and great to hangout, relax, read, and have a cocktail before going out for the evening.

I cannot say enough about how great this property is. Wonderfully laid out for a family of four. Beautiful decor in every room and a well stocked kitchen . Cheri even made sure to leave coffee pods! We had everything we needed and more! The views from every window were gorgeous. The close proximity to the beach and pool, as well as local eating spots was perfect. I could go on and on! Highly recommend and cannot wait to go back.

This is a wonderful condo in a beautiful location - Five stars all around. We've been visiting the 30A area for over 20 years, and this is one of our favorite spots. We experienced great communication with the owner and a very smooth rental process. The condo is fully updated with top-end appliances and finishes, stylishly comfortable decor, and a very serene ambience. Moreover, the Watersound views are unparalleled. It's a bit sleepy compared to other 30A communities, and if you want peace, quiet and a perfect place to recharge your batteries, then this would be an excellent choice. If you're looking for party central, then you might want to look elsewhere.

This condo is beautiful and comfortable. The views are wonderful from every room. Kitchen had everything we needed to make dinners and Publix is a short drive for groceries. Property was very nice and easy to get around. Golf cart was a fun extra and we used it to drive to beach and dinner at Bruno’s pizza. Definitely eat at Bruno’s when you stay, it was fabulous. Location was perfect with easy drive to seaside and rosemary beach. Beach was not as packed as other places we have stayed in the area. Unfortunately, the creek next to us broke through to the ocean and it made the water quite ugly. We were able to walk to clearer water to get in and others were swimming in the dark water, so I guess it was safe, but not pretty. Overall this was a great pick for our trip and would definitely stay again in the future.

Great Vacation, Perfect Location

We had a great time here. The check in process was extremely simple thanks to Cheri. She sent us an online information booklet that prepared us for everything before we got there. The condo was very clean upon arrival and is really nicely done. It is very spacious and both bedrooms have wonderful bathrooms. The location is perfect! One pool is right outside the door, and the golf cart boardwalk to the pristine beach is right outside the condo also. There was ample parking for the golf cart on the boardwalk so it was an easy trip to the beach. We used the chairs and umbrellas Cheri provides with the rental and they were super convenient. There really isn’t a reason to use the rental service for chairs and umbrellas if you don’t want to. We took the golf cart to Bruno’s pizza a couple of times and it was really good. Other good restaurants are not far away either. We couldn’t have asked for a better vacation. Cheri checked in with us multiple times to make sure everything was going great. We’d stay here again in a heartbeat.

DETAILS BEYOND - Looking further is a waste of time!

Cheri went so above and beyond for us to stay in her amazing space. First let me say its outrageously gorgeous, exquisitely decorated with a view that is beyond tranquil. Morning walks to the beach are steps from your front door. As grandparents exhausted from summer fun with our grandson we desperately needed time to relax and unwind. Golf cart, bikes, chairs, beach towels, coffee, tea, personal care and cleaning supplies - I cant think of anything missing from this condo, but if i could Cheri would have provided in a snap. The nightlights are located exactly where they need to be so as you walk to the fridge late night to grab a snack - your never walking on an unlit space, OH and auto sensor! Thank you Cheri I'm beyond grateful for your attention to detail to make our much needed break a true experience. Ron & Sydel

This property is absolutely top notch!! Everything about renting this property was absolutely 5 star, and I would have given more stars if I could! The owner is wonderful to work with for starters!! The check in could not have been easier! When we arrived the home smelled so fresh and clean! Water was already in the coffee pot, a variety of coffee displayed in a basket, the lighting was perfect! It was such a nice welcome to enter into the beautiful property with certain lights on! It was lovely! The beds and linens are amazing and the towels smelled and felt super fluffed and fresh! 😁….. the location could not be beat! The view from the 4th floor was lovely! Very easy to get around watersound! Fabulous place to walk!! I honestly can’t say enough positive things about our stay at this property!! I will for SURE rent this property again! We have been coming to the 30a area for YEARS, but have never stayed at Watersound! This trip changed my entire trajectory for a beach vacation!! FABULOUS!!! The Vacation We Were Hoping For

Sometimes you never know what you’re gonna get, but with this property, our expectations were surpassed in every way. We’ve been traveling to 30A for years and finally feel like we found a secret location. The beaches are of course amazing and so easy to get to from the condo. You can actually fill the golf cart provided up with the beach chairs, umbrellas and toys that are also provided, drive on the actual boardwalk right to the walkway down to the beach. it takes about five minutes to get there. The condo is even bigger than it looks in the pictures and extremely nice and clean. It’s fully stocked if you wanna cook for yourself or you can walk right next-door to the pool and eat the best mahi sandwich you’ll have in your whole life at the Dunesider Grill. There are beautiful ocean views from all the windows and patios. The neighborhood is quiet and beautiful, so nice to just wander around in. The Florida Fish House is accessible by bicycle, also provided, just out of the neighborhood to the left. You can also easily bike to areas like rosemary for lunch or dinner or shopping. The big chill (a.k.a. The Hub) is right next-door and has an amazing little espresso and breakfast shop. So nice to jump on a quick bike ride and grab a delicious coffee everyone morning before a day on the beach. Can’t say enough about this rental, but we finally had a stress free family beach vacation! Thank you!

Best experience ever!!

We stayed 4 days at Watersound Beach…2 adults and 2 teenagers. It was such an amazing trip. Check-in was incredibly easy…even in the dark of the night. I was pleasantly surprised when I first opened the door. The vaulted ceiling was amazing (certainly not your typical 2 bedroom condo). The bedrooms were separated on each side of the family room. Furnishings were beautiful…clean and bright! The kitchen had upgraded appliances and all the utensils we needed to cook meals. Bathrooms were large and the granite throughout the condo was amazing! The mattresses were super comfortable. Washer/dryer came in handy when my husband splashed the butter from his crab legs on his shirt. ;) The kids had bikes to ride around the neighborhood and down to the HUB where they could hang out and eat. The pool is right across from the building and is heated. We walked on the wooden paths to the beach everyday…takes less than 5 minutes. The condo has an ocean view and a deck where you can sit and watch the water. We drove down to Seaside a few times which took about 10 minutes and Publix is also in that vicinity. We noticed right from the beginning how quiet is was there. That is very hard to find anywhere else. This condo met all of our needs and we will definitely be back!!

We fell in love with the 30A community almost 20 years ago and cannot stay away. It is a dream come true to offer these properties to our guests.

I hosted my first guests starting in 2019 @ Peach by the Beach located on 30A. Since then I have added 2 new (named after varieties of peaches) 🍑 Encore in Watersound Beach and Sun Haven in Panama City Beach. A new varietal is underway in Panama City Beach and will be available in 2023!
